Many people are writing bad reviews about XTB. They keep on giving me the same recommendations, even after I reported a scam case to their support. This morning I received an email from them thanking me for the review and letting me know that their system removed the negative rating from my account. I have reported a lot of scammers to them and so far not a single agent or rep has come to offer any help.
The XTB app has its perks over any of the brokers I’ve been using over the past few years. You can easily copy & paste other people’s orders, review other people’s performance & most importantly… Star ratings! Of course that only comes with usage. However, having been around the block a few times I can vouch for the app and the trading platform. Have not had any issues with either.
I started to invest with XTB after having spoken to Renato about their premium account. I was impressed with the level of service that Renato provided throughout the process. Once I had decided on a platform, he was always available for advice. He was easy to talk to and the process of setting up my account was clear and straight forward. My final advice would be to set up an account using XTB.
