Many people are writing bad reviews about eToro, please don’t. They are trying to improve and I am sure they will. I can only give my good rating because they are trying to help. – This is not the first time I have had to contact them about a problem. I have always found them very helpful when trying to get something sorted. If I need to call again I will give them another star. – I found it very difficult to get my online banking sorted.
The eToro app has its perks for traders and unlike many other trading app there are incentives for new users. The wide range of trading instruments (Cryptocurrency, Options, Basic Equity, Crpyto) is appealing. The range of historical data is also quite large, which can be quite useful when trying to learn a new instrument. Trading fees are quite easy to identify in the app and can be seen as a profit or a loss.
I started to invest with eToro in May this year and so far I am very satisfied with the service, the platform easy to use even for novice investors and the range of investment available to you is huge so I could easily start with stocks or commodities. Overall I give 5 stars only because my 4 star rating needs to improve as I still have to do something to improve my login/Confirmation process but overall a very good service.
No problems with eToro since 2016-08-14. Etoro offers free withdrawal after 35 days of no balance charged in withdrawal fees. I haven’t recieved any funds from eToro since 2016-08-14, and I’m glad I did. All my deposits were processed in no time and all my withdrawals were processed in no time. They have excellent customer support and I found it very easy to trade with them. I’d highly, highly, recommmend them.
I have been using the eToro platform since early 2015 and so far am happy with the responsiveness of the account manager. On a couple of occasions when my transactions were not resolved, I had to contact him to get them processed again. Highly recommended! Totally recommended! This is my 2nd purchase with eToro and I can already see the benefit of having this platform as an option for my trading and wealth management needs.
So far I am really pleased with eToro platform and the ease of deposit and withdrawal. The range of available security funds and underlying OTC indices is fairly large, and the brokerage feature is very useful for setting up a diversified portfolio. Having recently launched my own account and already have around 5k$ ($10k+USD) to play with, the platform has proven to be accessible, reliable, and easy to use.

Overall I love the eToro platform, it’s easy to use, set up and extensive range of trading instruments available to accommodate any risk appetite. Of course, to learn is a valuable skill and I plan to keep learning. Trading is risky, you will lose money if you make a mistake, but most importantly, you will learn a valuable tradeable skill.
I think you guys at eToro have a great product and the user experience is always very good. However, I feel that you need to improve in your search function. You should be able to sort by price rather than by who is offering what percentage of the market. I use you guys mostly for borrow money but so far have been very good agents. Just wish you had some sort of limits or expenses feature like some of the other smaller brokers.

I like eToro easy to use platform and easy withdrawal and deposit of cryptocurrencies. It is one of the few available platforms that allows users to open new accounts easily and remove the negative balance in as little as few hours. eToro has some of the easiest account setup processes I’ve seen and have used. I have had some issues setting up my new account but they have been resolved and I am now using them daily.
Very good customer service at eToro. After I was approved as an account holder they opened an account for me and gave me a range of options to try. Once I was approved as an account holder they started sending out my equities and am trading on a 0 day withdrawal when I first got my account. That was nice of them. Now that I’ve been approved again they have been amazing! They started letting people trading on Monday morning.
I enjoyed using eToro very much for my first time user. I started with a free demo account and eventually to full membership. The ease of use and large variety of trading instruments is something I’ve found extremely useful. The range of available CFDs is also impressive, with a lot of speculation space available in the form of options. This gives you a very low commission barrier to entry.
This platform was honestly confusing but then eToro helped clear it up again. Really good service from them. I liked the screens and large format at eToro, but am not convinced they have quite got it. It is just a button and should behave the same on mobile as on desktop. I think they are just a little slow on mobile? Why? I am in east coast time zone. This time next week I will try again. It would be good to have more information around the spreads and most importantly, why they are changing them. So far I am happy with the service and the broker.
Being a young trader at eToro is a good idea. There is never a need to use a company’s negative reviews. I believe most negative reviews are unnecessary and rather negative in tone. Still, I believe that people should be able to give honest reviews on these platforms. If there were only ONE review that I left negative, I would be much more positive about eToro. Thanks! Sean Q. I’ve been using my iPhone to trade at eToro for the past 3 months. I still prefer a desktop platform like ST and Etoro, but I’ve been using my iPhone for a long time and I think it’s really convenient. Having the recent quotes right on the home screen is also a big plus. The customer service has also been great. I’ve only had a few minor issues with the app (not enough trading volumes for a refund), but those have been resolved quickly.
I contacted the customer support at eToro. They responded within minutes of my message stating that I was an idiot and should have known that my account was being opened and withdrawn without my knowledge. This was a duplicate withdrawal which I had inadvertently caused. They’ve offered to pay for a copy-it-to-me scan to make sure that I had not made a mistake but apart from that it’s been a pleasure dealing with you.
